All, Yesterday, Ben & I's last full day in Thailand I finally stumbled upon my favorite shopping fetish: boots. While I only inwardly debated whether to buy the fancy Ostrich boots for less than 5 minutes, Ben on the other hand tried to convince me otherwise, stating, "They are expensive. And you have no money." During the purchase, I wasn't sure who was more excited, me or the young Thai store keeper working on commission. Best of all, she wrongly assumed I am loaded, not knowing my only monetary figure on the rise is my credit card debt.
Also attached are a few pictures from Chiang Mai (northern Thailand) and Krabi (Beach). We spent about two weeks in those two locations following Bangkok and did tons of cool activities: elephant ride, flight of the Gibbon (zip line), snorkeling, and visiting breath taking islands like the ones filmed in the movie "the Beach."
And - today, off to Kathmandu!!
